Had a really great time during our 6th visit here. The breakfast was delicious and convenient parking on-site allowed us to come and go easily. 🚗

I stayed with my family and was delighted that the concierge area helped me to surprise my mother and sister on the first day of our arrival. The breakfast and dinner buffet is delicious. I really liked the seasoning, the cleanliness of the kitchen, the friendliness of each waiter and cook, the organization and decoration. . I loved the temperature of the pool (3 o'clock) and saw that it is a very pet friendly hotel even though I didn't bring my dog with me. I loved seeing the swans, dreads and ducks being taken care of and I love seeing dogs walking around the hotel.
Shampoo and conditioner bottles are not efficient, I mean it's difficult to get the product out because the packaging is not squeezable, a lot is wasted. I think you could save packaging and product if you found a more efficient and/or ecological way . The room looks very old now, you can understand that the decoration is rustic, but in the pictures on the internet it looks different. I didn't like that when I turned on the hot water in the shower I heard a whistle. It was annoying.

Accommodation is good
As it was the first time I visited the lodging the pyramid tower receptionist who went to where I booked did me a courtesy of changing rooms and sent me to pearl tower at the moment there was no room available so she asked me to come back in one more hour. I came back 2 hours later when I went to perla and asked for my room, receptionist was a little bit annoyed because they changed the tower and told me that the room would be 3 hours later, I came back 3 hours late and he told me that he would give me a provisional room and next day I would change rooms. I told him that I didn't think he would only stay 2 nights but he was very arrogant and told me that he didn't have the right to demand a service if I had paid for another type of service and that that was all he could offer. If I didn't seem to go to the tower where I was received and granted the courtesy for which I actually went to the other tower, manager said that he didn't understand why they hadn't given me a room if they had one available:30 when I was punctually at the check-in from 2 in the afternoon.

the hotel exceeded my expectations with its stunning ocean view room, friendly staff, and excellent location near shopping centers and restaurants.
Balcony lights were too bright.

The pools are very good, the attention of the staff is good, they are friendly. The facilities are nice.
I rented 3 rooms and in 2 of them the shower was broken, even in one room it got inhaled because there was a problem with the pipe, that day my family who was in room 1132 could not take a bath . They charge for the palapas, in most of the hotels the palapas and beds are for the use of the clients without having to pay or book, because they are already clients of the hotel . In the area of the swimming pool, the parasols fall with the wind, I believe that they should be but prepared for situations like this, because the parasol I fly and I hit to my grandfather, who I reach to protect to my baby of 13 months. In conclusion, these umbrellas could be well anchored, to avoid this type of accident. The reservation I made indicated large double beds, and they were only conventional size double beds, I have stayed in other hotels and when they say large bed, at least they say Queen Size.

The room was spotless and we really enjoyed having a double room 👌. Our room came with a TV offering satellite channels, adjustable climate control, and a personal safe for our belongings.

buffet is fine, although it's ALWAYS identical. I always overpay because I eat so little. Coffee is like sock water and they don't have a coffee machine, too bad. It's better to drink it in the room. hotel is always clean and gardens are well tended. You feel safe inside the facilities and it is comfortable. Someone took my towel and when I went to complain the guards were very nice, they gave me another towel without arguing and said that there was no problem; that they would check the camera. In general the employees are very nice. One feels happy in the hotel.
For dinner there is little choice, again buffet or a rich Italian, but not for everyday. There is a Starbucks that has no variety of teas, what does it cost? Only Jamaican tea without caffeine, very little supply and a few miles of tails. Checking out pissed me off. The system went down, they gave me a list of things I'd already paid for. You have to argue to get your accounts straight. If you overdraw your card for any reason, it's almost impossible to put more on it and still have a balance. Some rooms are already old, like the one we had, they have to fix the air conditioning because it doesn't get cold. The beach is rich, but these days it was very crowded. There were three rows of little traders' houses in front of the hotel palapas (you can hardly see the sea). The houses had, for example, two bands of musicians, dozens of loud speakers; a scandal of fear, at times frankly unpleasant. I wish the hotel could fix this. Renting palapas in the hotel is absurdly expensive. If you spend at the restaurant, you get deducted, but they still don't waste the opportunity to charge. They let people have speakers with loud music, they have no compassion.

The rooms come with a balcony and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.

The hotel is very nice, with a good location and impeccable facilities in general, both in the common areas and in my room. . I liked very much that there were small, mall type businesses in the lobby that did not have to go outside (for example, clothing stores, beach accessories, jewelry, a Starbucks, etc.). The staff's attention is good and they think of everything the guests might need (for example, in the lobby they offer flavored water and apples at no extra cost). There is a 24-hour medical service (ideal for raw, empacho or sunstroke), at an additional cost. Valet parking and live music in the evenings are good and not charged separately.
The bathroom plumbing is very noisy, which can be a problem for people who are irritable or have problems sleeping. When the guest upstairs pulls on the toilet, you can also hear it in your own bathroom. They should not charge around 500 pesos more per day for the use of the palapas on the beach. This service should be included for hotel guests. In the hotel restaurant, the orange juice is not natural but bottled and tastes very artificial.
